The academic network of the Italian Political Science Association for the study of Eurasia

The Standing Group “Russia and Post-Soviet Space” brings together scholars, faculty members, post-doctoral fellows, and PhD candidates dedicated to the study of domestic politics, foreign policy, and security in the Russian Federation, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.

Operating under the umbrella of the Italian Political Science Association (SISP), the Standing Group serves as an open platform to coordinate research projects, promote member publications, support early-career scholars, and foster inter-institutional collaboration.
